    The location was wonderful, only 5 minutes walk to a watery amusement park. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was brand-new with a great bed. Plus the bathroom was big size.

    Woke up to gorgeous beach views, and the luxurious amenities made lounging by the pool a dream. Staff genuinely cared.

    Only downside was limited power plugs in the common areas, made charging devices a bit inconvenient at times.

    The lobby is dark and difficult to navigate, especially at night!!! Reservation for dinner requires a trip to reception and advance payment, which feels a bit unnecessary!!! WiFi connection inconsistently weak and shower water lukewarm at times!!!

    The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the sunset from the restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere.

    The lagoon access room offered amazing views and really good comfort. Staff were genuinely attentive. Enjoyed the variety of freshly prepared dishes at dinner and the unbeatable happy hour deals. The beach access could be improved, as it felt quite busy at times, and some areas lacked shade throughout the day.
